SONARR AWARDS / THE JUDGING METHOD / TRY THE STANDARD ON YOUR OWN WORK

THE SCORE SIMULATOR.

Pick your category. Answer the six questions about your own work, honestly, using the same band words SONARR judges use. The real weights compute your mark out of 100, exactly the way the real arithmetic does. The bar is 80.

Nothing you do here is stored, sent, or seen by anyone. This page does the maths in front of you and forgets it when you leave.

What this is, honestly. This is your reading of your own work, not a judgment. At SONARR, five judges score alone against fixed written standards, the highest and lowest scores are dropped, and no judge ever sees the weights while scoring. Your honest self-read is usually within reach of the truth, and if it puts you near the bar, that is worth knowing before 31 July. Every weight shown here is the real, published weight for your category.
